Innocence & Carnality: Part 31 by Mann Ramblings

In front of the dressing mirror I held a new garment against me. The color was bolder than I liked, but Blythe had wasted no time reminding me the outing was to make me more indigenous. He had spouted commentary on every choice, lewd or otherwise. When we approached the undergarments, I sent him outside. Some opinions did not need verbalizing.

“Excellent choices,” Rother said, looking through the wardrobe. “So how much of my money found it’s way into shop owners’ pockets today?”

“None even the smallest coin. I have my own funds, thank you very much.”

“Since when?”

Innocence & Carnality: Part 30 by Mann Ramblings

“Now you have nothing to say?” I asked.

The uncharacteristic discomfort Blythe met me with intrigued me. It was not like him at all.

“You won’t think much of me if I tell you.”

“I don’t think much of you now. How will that make any difference?”

Blythe snorted as he tried to suppress his grin. I wasn’t sure goading him would work, but he looked around the shop, making sure no one was close by, and lowered his voice.

“Only Rother and Samantha know. You can’t breathe a word to anyone. Even Harston.”

“You have my word.”

“I was waiting to hang when Rother found me.”

Through the snow by Taylin Clavelli

Every time there’s a snowfall, the UK comes to a halt. Thankfully, the weathermen had given enough of a warning, and sure enough, the main roads were clear. I just had to get to one.

Getting off the drive was an experience. Despite the grit, my partner, Brian, and I added to our path, the car did less than stellar impression of an ice skater as we crawled the half mile to the main road. Once there, Brian made his way to drop me at the train station before continuing onto Worcester, which was in the opposite direction to me.

Double Trouble: Chapter 59 by Jon Keys

Darrin pulled the blanket around himself, staring into space as Mitch got ready for bed. He’d been struggling with a decision for days now. It was work, it was home, it all seemed so over whelming. He wished he could talk with Nanna, but she was gone for a few months. Something important, Jim had assured him.
Mitch walked to the bathroom door, leaned his naked hip against the door frame and brushed his teeth. Darrin glanced to Mitch, but he couldn’t see any more than a dark silhouette in the light of the bathroom.
“You think I can’t make a decision.”

Moving Forward #16 (4.2) by Julie Lynn Hayes

He half expected to hear Dustin whine at him to slow down, but the other man caught up with him easily enough and fell into step beside him. Had he really thought he would be discouraged just because Marshall hadn’t waited for him? Didn’t matter. He shrugged the thought off and kept walking.

“Burnham seems like a nice place,” Dustin commented after a few moments of silence between them.

“It is. We like it.” Marshall shoved his hands into his pockets, focusing on the terrain over which they walked rather than his companion.

“I can see why. I bet everyone knows everyone else.”

Louis and Cade: Christmas Special By Carol Pedroso

“Calm down love she’ll be here soon,” Cade says, grinning at the way his mate is pacing around the living room, straightening the cushions for the umpteenth time.

The adoption had taken months to sort out. They had had to make completely sure that there was no family willing to take in the little girl and then they had to prove they were capable of caring for her with their job commitments. Cade being the senior elder didn’t mean they didn’t have to follow the rules.

Double Trouble: Chapter 54 by Jon Keys

Danny was waiting at his locker, waiting for Kyle. His heart skipped a beat when the slender young man came into view. Danny wasn’t quite sure how he felt about Kyle. They did all kinds of things together and if it was up to Danny they’d do more. But now, he was just waiting to have lunch with his friend.
He sort of noticed another guy walking beside Kyle and apparently cracking jokes since they both kept bursting into laughter. They stopped at Kyle’s locker and stood talking. He waited for Kyle to say something to bring him into the conversation, but they never seemed to notice Danny. After a few minutes, Danny decided his friend could tell him if they were going to eat lunch together or if Danny was on his own. It’s no big deal. I mean, he just needs to tell me.

No Flash: Chapter Seven by Cia Nordwell

“Okay?” Ben looked up.

“Yeah. Not really pain, but it doesn’t feel good. Sort of sends a twist up my spine.” Evin had to fight not to pull his hand away.

“Sorry. I need to cover it all, though. The skin on these blisters on your palm is thin, and I don’t want it to break and be exposed to any bacteria.”

Evin nodded. He bit his lip and kept his mouth shut as Ben covered his palm and then turned his hand over. The blister was really more on the side of his hand than the top, but it

Double Trouble: Chapter 52 by Jon Keys

Josh glanced up from the list he was creating. “What do you want for Thanksgiving?”
“I want sex. I want to pound my husband’s ass until he’s screaming and shooting come everywhere. That’s what I want for Thanksgiving.”
Josh grimaced at Trent’s tirade and glanced around to be sure no one overheard. Then he turned to Trent. “Watch your mouth! What if one of the twins hear you? You want to explain that little outburst?”
Trent walked into the kitchen, muttering something that sounded a lot like ‘if I got more sex maybe I could be more careful’. But Josh wasn’t certain.

Double Trouble: Chapter 48 by Jon Keys

“Get out! Get out! Get out of my room.” Danny screamed at Trent.

His hand on the doorknob, Trent froze, his arms filled with dirty clothes he’d been gathering up from each bedroom. Caught so unprepared by Danny’s reaction. Then it dawned on him.

“Sorry, Danny. I –“

“Get! Out!”

This time Trent shut his mouth and left. He couldn’t keep from chuckling as he walked through the living room though. Josh looked up from his desk, he paused for a minute and then raised an eyebrow at Trent.

“What have you done to Danny this time? What’s up with all the screaming?”
