The Waterlord Prequel part 15 by Ravon Silvius

“Leave him, he’ll be out for a while.” Footsteps thudded on the wood, and Tom’s heart pounded. “Damn, we should be able to find him!”

Tom huddled by the door. He considered running again, and then wondered if he should climb over the deck. Swimming didn’t scare him. But then, there was Nathan…

“The deck!” the boy shouted, and Tom froze. He should have run while he had the chance.

Mine! Part Two: Chapter Eleven by Cia Nordwell

“You have to know how much I want you around,” I said. I snagged Ritch’s arm and turned him to face me. “Ritch….”

He looked at me with so much trust in his eyes. Maybe I had done something right. He didn’t look away, and there was no need to fight for dominance because he wasn’t a bonded werekin. My tiger had nothing but a need to curl around him and purr.

“I want to be clear.” I ran my hand up his shoulder and then cupped the back of his neck. Ritch’s eyes flared wide and his mouth dropped

The Secret Sanctuary: Part 5 by Johayan

The mysterious Chris appointment started my day at 9am, then lunch at 11:30, then covering the desk for the afternoon. Not a bad day until 4:30pm when I had to deal with Kate getting arrested for the massive fraud she had been committing for the two years.

Double Trouble: Chapter 102 by Jon Keys
Danny stepped into the entryway and stopped to listen. He’d been surprised when he’d pulled into the parking in front of the house. It almost never happened that he had any privacy. He and Rob hooked up more often at his house because Rob’s older sister was away at college and both of his parents worked in town. So there was a lot less chance of someone interrupting their fun.
But this time he had some time alone, which almost never happened. At least he thought everyone was gone. But he had no intention of doing anything without checking the house to make sure. He worked his way through the living room and kitchen. So far so good.

Mine! Part Two: Chapter Eight by Cia Nordwell

I wanted to take the time to stop Ritch, to reassure him none of this was his fault, but I didn’t want that fucker alone in the car thinking he could try something. We had the most room, so he was tied up prone in the backseat, and that meant personal conversations were out.“We’ll talk later.” I went around to the passenger door. Pain stabbed through my wrists when I opened the door, but I hissed when I tried to buckle my seatbelt. Ritch took it from me. It clicked, and he settled the strap across my chest.“Good?”
