Moving Forward #59 (14.3) by Julie Lynn Hayes

When they returned to their room, Lee called Room Service and ordered a bottle of Prosecco. “Want anything to eat with that?” he asked Marshall.

Marshall considered for a moment. He wasn’t really hungry now, but he might be later.

“Maybe some of that lava cake we had before?” Something sweet would hit the spot after making love.

“Sounds good to me.” Lee relayed the order, then hung up.

“What’s Prosecco?” Marshall asked.

“It’s like champagne, but sweeter,” Lee replied. “A little something special for our last night here.”

Lee pulled Marshall closer to him, circling his waist. “A special night for a special guy.”

Marshall warmed at Lee’s words. “Being with you is what makes everything special,” he said sincerely.

Regeneration: Chapter 1, part 1 by Louise Lyons

I’d never imagined I could be this lonely. Being what I was, it came with the territory, but I wasn’t all I should be. If the experiment had been completely successful, I wouldn’t feel. I wouldn’t long for things I couldn’t have, and my apparent total isolation on the godforsaken planet of S.K.431 wouldn’t bother me.

I lay back on my bunk with a sigh. I’d always wanted to become an explorer and I’d achieved that at least. But my arrival in this hellhole had been accidental—an electrical malfunction in the Explorer 9 craft I’d been traveling on,

Buy One, Get Two and Three: Chapter 34 by Carol Pedroso

Daniel

The club was quiet when Daniel arrived with Silas. Apparently, Oliver had asked Silas to come early and of course Toby had insisted that they had to stay together. So, that meant Daniel was now left twiddling his thumbs and wondering what he was meant to do in the two hours until the club opened.

He decided to start cleaning the equipment. Although it was always cleaned after use an extra wipe over never did any harm.

He’d done the spanking bench and was working on the St Andrew’s Cross, when he heard a whistle.

Pretty Boy 8 by Elyzabeth M. VaLey

“I-“ Josh began. He didn’t know what to say. Had he missed him? Words wouldn’t come to him. His hands curled into fists in his pockets. He stared at Anthony’s eyes. They sparkled like diamonds beneath the porch light.

“Yes?” Anthony prompted.

“Hi-Hi, Anthony,” Josh managed to choke out.

Anthony smirked, but had the good grace not to comment on his nervousness or his lack of response. He stood aside and beckoned Josh to enter with a sweep of his hand. Swallowing hard, Josh walked inside. The sound of the door clicking shut behind him made the hair on his neck stand. What had he been thinking?

Demon: Chapter Thirty Four by Nephy Hart

When I recognize the Starbloom, I throw myself at Castien and knock it from his hands, but I am too late. The pod bursts, showering him with stardust. A few spores land on my arm and instantly burns. Castien steps back, rubbing his eyes, and hell breaks loose around us. I’m barely aware of the shouts, as I concentrate on Castien. If the spores have gone into his eyes, he will be blind. Ignoring the pain in my arm, I tear his hands away from his face.

Buy One, Get Two and Three: Chapter 31 by Carol Pedroso

Toby

Toby sat across from Tara and silently panicked. What did he have in common with a Mistress? What should he talk about? Should he let her start the conversation?

To try and disguise his nerves he reached for his water glass knocking his fork to the floor on the way. Huffing a laugh, he bent to retrieve his utensil only to hit his head on something hard when he bobbed back up. Rubbing his head, he looked up fully to see a red faced waiter covered in what looked like tomato soup—at least Toby hoped that’s what it was.

Thirteen Black Cats: Chapter 12 by  Louise Lyons

I didn’t remember falling asleep. Billy and I had been laughing inanely at the Twitter posts, snuggling together on my bed, not thinking about tomorrow. Now the pale light coming through the gap in the curtains told me it was tomorrow and Billy was still with me, lying on my arm and trapping me. His head rested on my shoulder, warm breath brushing my neck, his arm draped across my chest as he slept. We were both still dressed and my morning erection throbbed painfully against my fly.

I groped for my phone, finding it on the mattress between us

Moving Forward #52 (13.1) by Julie Lynn Hayes

They took a brief nap, sleeping just long enough to feel refreshed before the mile hike back with the others. It had been an idyllic afternoon, and everyone was in good spirits and looking forward to the evening.

When they entered their cabin, Marshall and Lee found an envelope waiting for them from the ship’s first officer, who had slipped it beneath the door.

“We’re not in trouble, are we?” Marshall frowned as Lee slit the envelope,

Demon: Chapter Thirty by Nephy Hart

I fell asleep content and replete in the arms of my lover. I wake to chaos.

Jerked rudely from sleep when the warm furs are torn away, my somnambulant mind struggles with the bright light, raised voices and sudden cold. At first, I can make no sense of what is happening. Then my Prince cries out and I am awake in an instant.

Our small tent is filled with men – at least four of them. They are shouting – at us and each other. One, who I now recognize as a particularly unpleasant Counsel member, grips Castien by the upper arm, having clearly dragged him from our bed. From the way my Prince struggled the man is hurting him. My lip draws back in a snarl and I immediately spring.
