Through the snow by Taylin Clavelli

Every time there’s a snowfall, the UK comes to a halt. Thankfully, the weathermen had given enough of a warning, and sure enough, the main roads were clear. I just had to get to one.

Getting off the drive was an experience. Despite the grit, my partner, Brian, and I added to our path, the car did less than stellar impression of an ice skater as we crawled the half mile to the main road. Once there, Brian made his way to drop me at the train station before continuing onto Worcester, which was in the opposite direction to me.

Daniel: Chapter Two By Carol Pedroso

Oliver moved through the club with a purposeful stride. Anyone thinking of stopping him thought better of it when they got a look at his face. He was furious. How had some wannabe sadist Dom got into his club? all new members went through him and he hadn’t approved any for at least a month.

“Who’s poked the angry bear this time?”

Oliver turned to Tara approaching with a male sub following her on a leash.

“Hey, Tara. You seen a Dom that looks out of place around?

Moving Forward #18 (4.4) by Julie Lynn Hayes

At that moment, Marshall realized he’d won the argument—if you could even consider that short discussion an argument—and  he was about to get his way with Lee. Something that would have to hold him until they were alone in their cabin on the Wandering Star.

Okay, maybe this wasn’t the most romantic setting, but it was all the privacy they were going to get short of getting a motel room, which they weren’t about to do. Marshall was too horny to care. All he wanted was to wrap his lips around Lee’s thick cock and suck.

No Flash: Chapter Thirteen by Cia Nordwell

“I really needed that.” Evin came around the corner of the hall, but stopped when Ben held a finger up his lips. “What?”

“Micah’s still sleeping.”

Walking over to the couch quietly, Evin smiled. Ben had barricaded a corner of the couch with pillows, leaving Micah on his back in the center. His son was sleeping peacefully, sweat dampening the wispy hair on his head into a darker blond.

“He had some food, a bottle, and then conked out. By the way, you owe me. I don’t know how he could make a diaper that toxic with all the health

Double Trouble: Chapter 59 by Jon Keys

Darrin barely made it through the door before he tossed his bag onto the table. His boots rang through the house as he made his way to the kitchen. Mitch waited, listening for the sound he was expecting. The soft whoosh of a beer bottle being opened. He put aside the paperwork he was dealing with. Nothing was going to be done until they worked out whatever had Darrin so pissed off.
He made his way to the kitchen, his sock covered feet making no noise,  but when he rounded the corner, Darrin was waiting.
“Fine. Say it. Tell me what a dumb mother fucker I am. Dense as a box of rocks.”

The Stormlords: Part 20 by Ravon Silvius

Rowen nodded, raising an eyebrow at Kristoff, but the storm lord didn’t offer anything else other than his advice to help “about anything.” Rowen hoped he didn’t mean about…what Volkes had said. His heart beat fast, wondering if Kristoff sensed the same tense, awkward air he did.

Rowen relished the silence as they walked up a steep incline. Getting the chance to use his magic would be interesting, he was sure. He concentrated on breathing. He was still weak from the ordeal, and his few remaining bandages clung to his body with sweat by the time they reached the top.

Demon: Chapter Eighteen by Nephy Hart

I am exhausted. The meeting was long and difficult. It is difficult to sit quietly when men are arguing that you and your people are little more than animals and should be exterminated. It is fortunate that these men were in the minority, and I was able to go a long way to sway even them. I cannot be entirely sure, but I believe the meeting was successful and that my sham union with the princess has been accepted. The king appears pleased, at least.

I am glad it’s over, at last. Now I can rest with my true love and drop the pretence that I am enamoured by his sister. She is nice to me now, but I will never forget the expression in her eyes as she tortured me, or the heel of her shoe piercing my body. Without my prince’s healing touch, the wound would have killed me.

In Training by Louise Lyons

I glanced at Lee on the other side of my room, bundled up in fleece jogging pants, long-sleeved T-shirt, and heavy trainers. There wasn’t much he could do about the footwear at such short notice, but the rest had to go.

“Lose those pants,” I instructed.

“I beg your pardon?” Lee’s eyes widened. I couldn’t help a snort of laughter.

“You’ll be way too hot running in those. Don’t you have shorts with you?”

“Oh! Um, no. It’s cold outside.”

“Not that cold. At least not when you get moving. You can borrow some of mine for today.
